I’ve gotten to know Amelia and her family, Greg & Shelley who own and run the beautiful venue of Mali Brae Farm over the past few years simply by doing weddings there. Both Michelle and I have always gotten along really well with them and they have always been super helpful to us and our couples every time we visit there. It was an absolute honour when she asked Team Cato to be there for her wedding day in January 2020. Adamant to have a relaxed vibe with a small group of their family and friends, their simple and casual wedding felt so intimate and I know everyone there had an amazing time and with some of the funniest speeches we have ever heard that had everyone in fits of laughter 🙂
Michelle started the day getting Amelia and a few of her friends hair and makeup sorted, and one of my favourite parts of the day was when their border collie dog Charlie, who had gotten out of his pen to join the ceremony, not before crossing the lake ( instead of using the perfectly good and dry path) to do so 🙂 I’m pretty envious of anyone with a border collie to be honest! I’d love to own one one day!
Amelia and Cody, thanks so much for having Michelle and I there for your day. It really means a lot to us that you allowed us to deliver your lifetime memories in such a fun, relaxed and candid manner.
